Named after Park Laval.
In 1924 the Laval-Tudor family bought the Gonneschhaff, an old farm of the Teutonic Knights, and turned it into a fine château with a splendid park. During the Second World War, the Nazis deported Léon Laval and his son Tom to a concentration camp. Most of the grounds were later divided into building plots, and the old stables became the 'Am Haff' cultural centre.
