Walferdange station stands on Rue de la Gare in Helmsange, part of the commune, between Dommeldange and Heisdorf on the line from Luxembourg City to the centre and north of the country. Its ticket counters are closed; the old station building now houses the Association des modélistes ferroviaires de Luxembourg and its large model railway.
