Duroc

Paris 6e, 7e, 15e

Named after the rue Duroc, which honours General Géraud Duroc (1772–1813).

Duroc was Bonaparte's aide-de-camp in Italy and Egypt and became Grand Marshal of the Palace in 1804. For the Rock en Seine festival the station has several times been renamed 'Durock' for a week.
