Named after Landsberger Allee and Rhinstraße, which cross here.
Landsberger Allee, the road to Altlandsberg, was a ‘Chaussee’ here before it became part of Leninallee; it has had its present name since 1992. Rhinstraße honours the Rhin, a 129-kilometre tributary of the Havel. The river is widely thought to have been named by settlers from the Lower Rhine in the 12th century. The street was extended north to here by 1975.
